Mr. Zhang’s Old Beijing Handmade Dumplings is a licensed home-based kitchen located in Whitby, Ontario.
Founded by Mr. Zhang, who grew up in Beijing’s traditional neighborhoods, our kitchen is dedicated to offering authentic handmade dumplings, fresh home-style Chinese dishes, and classic Mala Tang to the local community.

Every dumpling and dish is freshly made daily, using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients, with no additives or preservatives.
We bring the taste of home to every customer with sincerity and care.

张先生老北京手工饺子 是一家位于安大略省 Whitby 的持牌家庭厨房。
主理人张先生出身于北京老胡同，自小学习家传手艺，专注制作手工水饺、家常热菜和经典麻辣烫，服务本地社区。

我们坚持每日现做，选用本地优质食材，拒绝任何防腐剂和添加剂，用心还原地道的家的味道。
